Amar Maternity & Fertility Centre - Hospital in Trivandrum, Attingal - Thiruvananthapuram, India

Service is good. Very caring doctors and staffs. Helpful also. Hospital location is also easily accessible. Only problem noticed is "cigarette smell" in the operation theatre. I don't know from where it comes from ?

Expert doctors, friendly attitude from all the staffs, good infrastructure facilities, parking slots etc. Cons:lift facility should be available all the times. Can see aged byestanders struggling due to the lift nonavailability. There should be more lights in the patients waiting area, somewhat dark environment.

Dr indira ma'am is a kind hearted soul. She knows how to make her patients comfortable. I'm a kind of nervous person. But ma'am made me comfortable by her behaviour even at first. That's a desirable quality many doctors doesn't possess. The only thing I felt very bad and rude was the behaviour of lady in the payment counter. Her focus is mainly on watching stuffs on phone and doesn't care about the person who is awaiting for payment/payment confirmation (felt like I was borrowing money from her during payment ). Such an arrogant lady with extreme attitude. Please teach her on how to well behave towards the patients. Because not everyone who came to the hospital will be in a mood to tolerate her attitude.

Amar Maternity&Fertilty Center is the number one hospital Attingal.we never feel like hospital.we feel like our own home.Higenic, homely atmosphere also.Dr Indira mam and Dr Radhakrishnan give great care and support to us.Thanks for support and care.

Thanks Amar hospital for fulfilling our long dream of parenthood..Especially to Dr Radhakrishnan sir ,Dr indira mam, Dr Amod sir ,Dr Arya mam..and all other nursing staffs who stood with us in all the hardships with utmost care ...a team of dedicated doctors and other professionals..still I don't know how to explain my gratitude to all of you,, anyway thank you so much from bottom of my heart ..really you all are the hands of God....God bless you abundantly ..

Pros: Was really pleased with the service provided. Especially the care given by the chief doctors and the duty nurses. There were periodic scanning to check the health of both mother and the baby. And even after delivery special care and examinations were done by the doctors to ensure perfect health of the baby and the mother.The wards were well kept to a certain extend and 2 time cleaning is also done. Cons: 1. The whole place has inadequate parking. 2. The rooms cannot be locked with individual keys from outside and even after its locked the keys are to be submitted to the nurse station. Which could actually be rectified by providing a spare key to the patient during admission and collecting them back.
