Very bad hospital. Both the girls sitting at the reception do not even have the manners to talk to elders. The patient was to wait for 3 hours,But doctor did not come. when the patient said that it is an emergency, then she said that she would have to pay Rs 1000 more Apart from fees.And when he asked to be shown at another hospital due to emergency and asked to refund the fees, first he harassed and later I returned Rs 250 after deducting the excess fees.

There staff has no aticates even they don't know how to handles the child patient in emergency . Ther staff behaviour is much of bad in manners and the harassed the patients and they want 1000 rs from me after waiting for 4 hours they even don't see my child 8n emergency case

Very good hospital,great service. All staff members were very humble and helpful. The nurses, and housekeeping staff all were very cooperative and helpful. Sister Rakhi nd brother bhoopendra is expert in handling new born baby, nd also reception staff very kind nd helpful. Nd both girls behaviour excellent... Staff behavior is very rude towards patients... No caring at all.. Advise if you respect yourself and want good health never go here

Dr. Sanjay Sood is very humble and experienced.. dr.sanjay sood's outside staff Dr.Nikita and Dr. Krishna are very expert handling in adult patient...Both are receptionist lady are very good and helpful special sister Babita.... best wishes to all hospital staff

Pathetic staff response. The hospital was previously doing well initially, at that time there is a duty doctor named Animesh Sharma at night time. He is a very generous doctor there. Can't find him since long, but due to unprofessional staff getting lower reviews and responses Dr. Meena sood there is very generous & helpful. But management needs to admit a good staff and knowledgeable duty doctor is necessary to run a good hospital. Thanks
