Low budget guest House. Beds are not strong enough, toilet pot are shaky. Laches are broken. Bed n pillow were very dirty. Water taps leaking. The only thing i liked was that rooms were very clean.
I had booked a OYO linked hotel at Mahad -Maharashtra --- SPOT ON 65156 Amantran Guest House, Mahad from 21 Feb- 23Feb 2020 and done online payment prior to me reaching the hotel. To my surprise the hotel management declined to give me a room stating that they are fed-up with OYO as they are cheats. The important fact I would like to highlight is that the pictures displayed on the OYO site during this particular hotel booking neither had any close resemblance with the hotel and nor with the rooms as well. OYO had offered complimentary breakfast along with AC double room and to top it up they gave me an insurance policy as well to lure me for proceeding with the hotel booking. The hotel was in shambles , the rooms messy and the hotel management said that they don't offer any food. I was totally stuck in a catch nine situation along with my 10 year old son. The OYO helpdesk guys are the silver lining on the fraudulent practices of OYO, they make you wait on call for more than 15 minutes stating that they are trying in other closeby OYO partner hotels and after that they get back to us that all our partner hotels are full but you can go as a walk-in customer to that hotel. It's all a humbug to make a fool out of us. They give us a case id which we need to use to follow up with them for our money refund. Post initiating a refund request OYO sends a message that we have cancelled your reservation as per your request; myfoot they don't want a blame so they send us this message as if we declined to stay in the property. Kindly note that there are no partner properties of OYO across MAHAD and don't get fooled by the lucrative offers and make any payments prior. Moral of the incident: Don't book rooms via OYO or in any OYO partner hotel using any hotel booking site. Trivago management a request please block all OYO listings on your website and put a statutory warning that "Booking OYO rooms or any partner properties is a risk and we are not a part of it." Take care all and beware of OYO.
What else can you expect from a 200/day lodge?. I found it clean neat and "doing the needful". 1 star less for not having TV in the rooms. If you are looking for place for accommodation/rest, this is the place. Thank god I didn't go by the previous review. If they had TV in the rooms; there was noting to complain about.
Nice room in cheap price in Mahad location and room is very clean so my experience is good for thise location and price rate
Overall budgeted stay (ONLY STAY) lodge price hiked after lockdown.PLACES : Chaudaar tala(pond) walkable distance of 2 mins, general stores, home made food hotels, bar, medical stores, clinics at walkable distance. 2 kms approx Bus depot , nearest railway station Veer. The great Raigad at 25kms approx distance.
Smelly, Hot, Shabby & Dirty.Pathetic hotel , Never stay at this hotel. Horrible condtion. "Go and sleep on the subway, it's cleaner" we sleep in our car. We stay only for 4 to 5 hours, People dont have any sense how to talk with visitors. we book this cheap hotel because we are 4 people & want to do rest for few hours. As this is night time thats why we are unable to find another one. As i suggest all the visitor do not book this hotel as i will not give any star to them.
Very nic lodging in very cheap rate.. To cutoff nights during travelling in emergncy.. Good staff and respectful nature.
