It's been a wonderful experience, however, it was our first visit here and we must say that this experience will always be cherished.

2 - All the hotel employees were very kind and friendly in nature.
3 - Last but surely not the least i.e., Hygiene and the service both these are above our expectations.

The place is really good. A value for money stay. The pool is really good and well kept. They also have in-house spa facilities. Teb owner was a polite and enigmatic person to talk to. The location is really great, right next to Fateh Sagar lake.

This is the third time we have visited this place and we were bit disappointed with their service and maintainance..food was delicious but service was average...
We asked for one and half hour extension ,since checkout time was 10,they were at deniable mode ...with bit of persuasion they extended for an hour...that too with loads of hiccups,whereas most of the resort was empty .
Property is great...just wish they give a bit more importance on their service part.
Good ambience and rooms are spacious. The hotel staff's behaviour is very friendly. A little bit far away from the city. Recommended for staying here.
It's our second visit after 10 years.It's been a wonderful to stay here with family. The staff gave a warm welcome. The best thing I observed was each staff memeber takes utmost personal care of all the guests with a smile.I am thankful to Mr. Sunit Mathur, manager operation .He took personal care of all our needs.
The food they served in breakfast and dinner is very tasty. I Aam thankful to chef Govind and Pushpendra for seving us delicious authentic khichdi & kadhi on our personal request.
