Very speed service,Good Mechanic and Friendly Staff really i like it
"Expect no Respect "! Never seen such a shoddy customer service. Nobody helped us on the floor. Sales people busy taking selfies, others busy doing nothing but chit-chatting and they expect you to part with your 40lakhs on a vehicle? What a bunch of jokers. I came to the showroom on 18th Nov, 2023 with my mother. Saw a bunch of people taking selfies and making merry of their time. Thought they we customers and skipped asking them. Walked around the floor for 10mins, no soul engaged with us. Disappointed and decided to walk-out and then someone took us the same bunch of jokers who were selfies and introduced me to them as sales. Imagine! I told them clearly, I don't want to buy a car from them anymore.

To serviece our car we went to showroom Showroom lookslike so good, attractive ambiance but their service is not good In service section One of the man tell that service take 4 hours then we went to kannur town after four hours we reached to amanna toyota but the worker are not start the service
Best service center , i had use different brand cars and visited various service centers this one is very different and better than others , it took nearly 3 hours to deliver my car, but i am good with the service
