Good My experience with Amana is with Service of my 2019 model Fortuner Zigma 4 They were prompt and provided a good service Very attentive to our queries Really responsible and warm Service Managers (mine was Mr Mohammed Shabeer) If I've to find a negative aspect, that would be the lack of underbody wash after Vehicle servicing I would appreciate a professional approach for the underbody of my vehicle as I'm really happy and satisfied with the overall service of my Fortuner
Had very good experience here. We were travelling in Wayanad and my Innova Crysta gave Emergency Engine check warning light and visit dealer notification. It was because of DPF filter getting full. I called Amana Toyota. It was a Sunday and they still answered. The person was very kind and even though it was Sunday they opened the workshop for me and called the Technicians. The technicians checked through system and resolved the issue in no time. They didn't even charge me anything for this. It was very kind of them. Thank you guys
