Very clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities one could expect at a budget price. Special mention to the reception for their politeness and helpfulness,ensuring the customers have a pleasant stay.

Rooms are neat and clean. Issues are staff's behaviours. You need to request for cleaning the room everyday morning if not they don't and after 5PM they say cleaning staff's left for the day cleaning will happen next day only. They charge about inr 300 for complementary breakfast and they serve from below restaurant for one item only which costs 50-100. Even if you ask for extra sambar or chitney they will charge for it. During in room dining, they don't take proper accountability like signature, during check out they charge for which you not taken and argue. No proper bills provided for in room dining consumes. Overall due to staffs behaviour not a recommended hotel.

Beautiful rooms. Close to beach. Wud be nice if the pricing was a little lower and 24 hr check in check out. Most buses are in evening from Karwar to other locations

we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. the staff was courteous and the check in check out process was smooth. the look is modern and cleanliness is maintained. the room size is good and with a seating section, cupboard and tv. bathroom is spacious and well maintained. the location is ideal, there are many restaurants/eateries around and 5 mins walk to karwar beach. there is an in-house restaurant as well but i would prefer the poornima restaurant located right below the hotel. definitely worth considering
