Awesome place for family living. Well developed residential area . Full of green and great neighborhood.

The project will provide 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments with the built area of 765 sq ft and 1155 sq ft respectively. As the project is located near the Kankaria Lake and Nagina Wadi which add a graceful and beautiful view to the project. It is located where the resident of the project will get well connected roadways to the ring road, temples, market, bank and school etc. The project is also well connected to other cities with the help of NH-8 and Expressways. The developer has taken care of all the possible modern amenities to make the living more safe and superior for luxuries life style.
Lots of issues. Here i am talking about Mohali (Including Aman City) 1. Traffic jams 2. Commuting expensive. 3. No one talks in right manner specially to outsiders. 4. There are lots of Reality projects are going on. No one tells you is it a. Legal status. b. Water and electricity supply status. c. Completion & possession certificate status. d. Even you get bank loan against any property (legal or illegal). 5. Living expensive. 6. Private Schools - Expensive. So, if you are planning to come to this city. Make your own arrangements.
On a very clear note, the location of this area is the worst as one needs to travel through the plenty of obstacles everytime such as the raw paths, big digs, narrow streets and unmanaged municipality works. Moreover, it is challenging to locate the area. It has approximately 3 entrances and all are pityfull...
last 2 year I'm her -No good condition facilities, area families are not good for, behaviours,not helping other people, no markets, light problem, rainy water drainage problem, rents of houses of floor or room not good commodation properly giving people, area family nature not good My opinion is do not come for rental house or room ..... It's waste of money
It was my first visit in Aman city. Though it's good but very crowdy and bit unclean. Though the reoads are wide but still crowdy.
Nice place but streets are not so well maintained. No cleaning nd even some streets are still in broken condition.
