It's my 3rd day & i got a news of climate issues the time got extended by 1 more day, tho the staff was saying that come next week but after an humble request i told him to make it on tomorrow. Today is 7th jan saturday & tomorrow will be sunday 8th jan i can wait but... today what i witness was a couple dissapointed that their ride got cancelled in august and then now and they even asked for the refund but didn't got any but another date again. The staff told me if the ride won't be done i'll gpay you the amount by myself! I wish i will get the ride tomorrow(Sunday 8th Jan)! And if i gets it i will give 4 stars & if i enjoy the ride then will give 5.
horrible staff... they give preference as per the money they charge... the extra bribe u giv the faster ur chance comes...vry bad staff(Mr. akhilesh... to be precise)...2ndly before booking they show you the most beautiful helicopters bt for the ride they take u in d most pathetic and outdated machine!!! mumbai is indeed vey beautiful... it was an amazing breathtaking view to catch the ride was too bumpy though!!
