One of the best hospitals in Malabar area. Nurses are well trained and caring. Rooms are so clean as well as the treatment is awesome.

This negative review is on the laboratory. They do not have a procedure to call the people who came first. Thinking they have a way to identify i waited for more than 30minutes. I have seen people who gave the papers after me were called before me. Hence i have ask them. i dont understand after paying 250Rs registration fee , these hospitals dont have a accurate system to call the patients. Laboratary doesnt seems like a good one and bit costly.

My grandmother admitted in Amala hospital .entire services are good .there was no delay for NSG services.and others.the consultaning Dr jadagish was helpful. Especially thankful to second floor nursing staffs

Very bad experience from the enquiry and appointments. Very poor hospitality. Not giving any value for the patient's time.

Emergency Department staff are lethargic except for 1 or 2 staff. Most of them would not even attend the patient admitted urgently ..one night when we arrived to emergency department there was no Security or attendant to offer wheel chair and we ourselves had to shoulder the patient till the bed...OP Services are also poor. Emergency doctors are mostly juniors and we have to wait for the main Doctor who would be busy attending OP patients. This is just a stop by incase of dire situations for a quick first aid otherwise go to better hospitals for good treatment.

I have received excellent care from nursing staff, doctor's and all other staff. We trust Amala hospital since 25 years.
