This place is an absolute gem. The location of the property is beautiful and very peaceful. Many thanks to Mr. Bhim giri, his son Mr. Kiran giri and Snehal they made us feel welcomed, this was our home away from home. Housekeeping staff Roopak was extremely cordial and very helpful. Palden is the sweetest person here they even helped us plan our day adventures. I have kids and Bikcham played with them throughout, this is the first property we visited where we felt safe with our kids. I highly recommend this stay for families, they will never disappoint you.

I had a wonderful time with my family at Amaira resort. I had come for a visit to Mirik for 2 days and stayed at Amaira resort. The location is just 10-15 minutes walk from the Mirik lake. The morning mountain view from the room is just amazing. The room was very clean. The food was good too. The wall paintings makes everything more serene and brings inner peace. The owner as well as the staffs were really very polite and nice. They even took us for a complimentary evening walk through the pine forest where the view was lovely. The overall experience was great.

A Relaxing Retreat I recently stayed at this place, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming especially Ashish and Adarsh, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's amenities, including the special garden, added a touch of luxury to my stay. The central location made it convenient to explore the city. Overall, a delightful experience--I highly recommend it!

Staying here is truly an amazing experience for my family.Right from the moment we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was magical. Starting from welcoming and cheerful staffs to the location of the resort, from the amenities available to arrangements made, everything was beyond expectation. Ashish went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable House keeping was out of ordinary, credit to Meena Lama Palden helped us during picturesque nature walk . Other staff like Rupali, Adarsh , Charonom, Biswadeep , Bikcham , Prashant , Suraj we're extremely helpful and polite

From the time of booking to the last moment- everything went good. The owners and staff were very caring. My mother felt at ease, from the time of checkin. Wheelchair n ramp added to her comfort. The birthday decor by Meenal and resident singer Satyam made our stay memorable. While malai kofta wasnt to our taste, but we enjoyed aloo poori. Ashish, CTM, ensured our stay was comfortable. And Sr Sahay Ji was a charming person to converse with.
