Am Pm 24 Hrs Hospital - Hospital in Mumbai, Kalyan - Thane, India

Avoid if possible. The staff is courteous, the doctor visited was good, still "AVOID IF POSSIBLE". The hospital has tie-up with health insurance service providers and most of the customers it gets probably are for health checkups only. I went there for same reason and did not have very good experience. 1. They don't have in house sonography doctor so, for those who has to go for medical test due to fasting will have to go again during night because the visiting doctor comes at night only that too at few days only. 2. They do not conduct tests on Sunday. One of the the 2 most convenient day for working professionals is lost! 3. I was informed by my health insurance provider that I have to report at 8:30 in the morning but the AM PM Staff informed me that they start working only after 09:00. There is no coordination between AM PM and health insurer/TPA. 4. My appointment was booked for Friday morning but the doctor for Sonography was available only on Monday evening so I had to put leave for 2 days! 5. Finally, I was informed by health insurer that one of the test is still pending for my spouse (AM PM missed it!), so I again have to go for tests. Please avoid this test center.

Warning Worst service till now we have received.. I have said them I have Card payment but they are not attend me i have very bad pain of Appendix but they never give any treatment, when My friend come to pick up me that time they are take out Upi machines and card swipe machines shameon you About doctors and hospitals lack of coordination with patients. Telling calling staff don't know how to talk with patient's family. They are good in making huge amounts of bill so that they can get the same from insurance company. Worst hospital. False reports made and submitted to claim department just for the sake of money. Will never recommend this hospital atleast for emergency situation

AMPM provided a good treatment. I and father were hospitalised here for. We got effective treatment for ailments. All the Staff are very profession and Co-operative. Claim department executives are very supportive. They will explain you all the procedure of mediclaim if you are not aware of. Ward boys are very helpful. Doctors will explain you all the procedure and treatment they are going to provide to patient. They listen all your queries and answer them patiently. Thanks AMPM doctors and staff for all your support. Keep up the good work. Thanks !

Nyc hospital and staff is also very much good and mother God admit here for bronchitis and typhoid but now she is very much good

Very good experience with AM PM Hospital it's a complete health care system. The Doctor s are all best and even the ground staff. All are very gentle and polite with the patients and very much helpful . I particularly would like mention housekeeping staff, nursing staff also the billing staff keep up the good work and thanks for being such helpful.

Am pm is the best hospital. The staff in the TPA section are really very Cooperative and made billing related work very easy. The staff is very helpful and corporate. The place is cleaned sanitized. They follow all the protocol. The nurse and doctor are very caring and professional, food was also very good, their services was really appreciative. . We wish them all the good luck and bright future. I definitely would recommend this hospital for future reference .

Overall very good experience, Doctor,nurse,and staff are very professional, food service is excellent, cleaning is very good and timely,. Bill department is good for mediclaim policy. So supportive hospital, I definitely suggest family members and friends for future treatment
