My Baleno petrol car's second service for 20,000 KM was due and also cars Engine was showing over heat issues and AC was shutting down in regular intervals so i gave my car for service at AM motors manjeri.. Mr Jothishkumar and another Supervisor ( i dont remember his name ) attended the service. Later they called me and said there is a leakage in the radiator and the same has to be replaced. Later they delivered my car on 28/12/2022 after second service and radiator work. I paid RS 8565/- being the cost of radiator and second service including oil change. On the way to Kozhikode on 31/12/2022 ( Nearly 100km after the service ) the car's AC got cut off again and the same engine overheat issue reappeared. Again i went to AM motors manjeri the next day ie on 1/1/2023. This time they told me the engine is down and there is no warranty for engine break down and it will cost around Rs 60,000/- for the repair work. This time I took the car to Ani etten, owner of PT Auto garage, Thurakkal manjeri and he fixed the car. I was totally disappointed when Ani Etten told me that the engine oil was not replaced by AM motors.. I couldn't believe so he clearly showed me the engine oil which was thick dark.. I drove for hardly 150km after the service from AM manjeri. I checked the bill and AM motors manjeri had claimed for the oil and filters.. I have heard earlier that they cheat their customers by not changing engine oil.. But now i got to know.. You decide whether you want to give your car in the hands of these kind of irresponsible firms where they have inexperienced buffoons.. The service team of AM Motors manjeri is the worst.. Generally there is a good opinion about the sales team of AM motors Manjeri but unfortunately there is a bunch of idiots in their service team.. My humble advice dont give your vehicle at AM motos manjeri for major works and kindly check with experts/yourself whether they have changed the engine oil when they deliver your car after service.
