pros: 1. Room and bathroom were spacious. 2. It was also clean except for the bathroom doormat 3. Staff were polite and helpful CONS 1. Complimentary water bottle was not present in the room when we arrived 2. Toilet paper was also missing 3. Our room geyser was not working, though the staff let us access the working one from nearby room.
Amazing experience here as a tourist visiting Shillong with my friends. The staff was very much friendly with little restrictions that are to be followed. The rooms were clean and tidy. 24x7 water supply was available with both hot and cold water facilities. The room was equipped with TV, wardrobe, chair,table and a large mirror. The overall experience was good and is highly commendable. For fooding, they only provide breakfast but that was too costly so never recommended. The only downfall is the location, cause it was located in a very uphill arear so not recommended for older people and also they don't have any parking facilities too. The rates were reasonable and available on online hotel booking sites. Thank You!
Room floor were Clean but dusting were not time to time. I found intercom receiver and side table was not clean. But bathroom was really clean. They don't provide toothpaste or tooth brush only Soap was provided. They could not provide mineral water bottles. When I asked attendant to clean my floor as my son spilled some water , he was reluctant do the service.
Budget stay in just a kilometre radius of Police Bazar with proper car/bike parking. Book the stay from Agoda to get better deal.
Chambres assez sales et bruyantes. Le personnel n'est vraiment pas professionnel et ne parle pas anglais. La porte est fermee a clef tous les soirs, et il est alors impossible d'entrer ou de sortir de l'hotel. C'est un grave probleme de confort et de securite. Le petit dejeuner est basique et decevant.
The caretakers are really nice. Location wise its peaceful compared to police bazar. You get a different perspective of shillong with residential and office buildings closeby
Rooms were good, spacious and hotel location was perfect. Hotel staff were cooperative and behavior was good. Only the main problem was that there is no exhaust fan fixed in the and washrooms also no intercom was present. Lastly little bit renovation needed in the room otherwise rest of the things was satisfactory.
