ALY TATA - Car dealer in Perintalmanna - default, India

Poor customer interaction. Fake commitments and wrong guidance. Last experience for my vista service I have asked them to check ac cooling issue and service advisor said me they have already cleaned ac filter and still issue remains and need to replace/clean cooling coil and it will cost 6000RS and I denied to do it. Very next week I have consulted one local ac repair center and he find out the filter was not clean and the issue was resolved just by cleaning it. How can we believe these guys?

very poor service... really unprofessional, not even responding to calls and messages. Total payment given and not even got TP. later on came to know that they dont have car which i hv booked. it was nexon XMA+. sales team lied that they have car and if i make the payment i will get my car in 3 days. its been 8 days now and no clue that when will i get my car. iam trying to get a email id to send order cancel request and for requesting the payment back. but iam not able get even that mail id from them. very poor service

Very bad treat. Customer service very poor. I have bought tata tiago(demo car) from there and exchanged my old car maruti omni. They told me they will change the RC name, its around 7months ago still its in my name. I can't contact them they changed their number. When the delivery time i couldn't get some parts of tiago and somewhere scratch also they told it will get on my next service and painting also. They cheated me they dont know how to behave. I suggest you rotana tata, ymca, calicut. Very good customer care

Have complete range of tata passenger vehicles,but dealing with customers is not at all good.They must improve in customer relationship. I am writing this review from my personal experience bcoz i bought xz+ nexon diesel from 6 month before

Brought Tiago xza on June by full payment.Poor customer care, unprofessional vehicle services which make the car more worster and made it look older.If they can't run the showroom properly better stop itNow I handed it to Tata show room Calicut for first service .

Show Room is nice..before buying vehicle nice dealing But after we brought the vehicle. Very very badly interaction... Specialy when you go for the service..

Staffs are too friendly good support

Really sad to say..i also had the feeling that "yes..the showroom was good"..but today i got to know the worst deals which you people have done..really bad and happy to hear that your showroom is down..please be carefull to all those who are buying new cars..dont trust completely..
