Good gym for a novice but not for an expert or intermediate. You should study the correct technique and procedure on your own or through Google since the trainer won't explain it to you properly. It becomes busy in the evening, so there may be a brief wait to utilize the equipment.

ALWAYS FIT GYM is an amazing place to workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. Their group classes are challenging and fun they focus on strength training more than group classes I've tried which I love. Excellent coaching and well equipped gym with all necessary equipment at one place. Don't think just go for it. Always fit gym kadi kudos to both jay thaker and sagar thaker, both of them are wonderful person and trainer.
