Good place and atmosphere. You can't just enter the premises without booking rooms. There's a guard and he will restrict the entry. Free roam was allowed a while back. Not now. In the back there are certain beautiful river banks where you can enjoy the beauty of the aluva river and the temple with a great view

The two days stay at the Aluva Palace GH was really good and impeccable. It turned out to be a retreat for me from my busy life. The calm and neat surroundings were really refreshing. The well maintained rooms, spacious infrastructure, hospitality of the staff, taste of food served, the scenic beauty of Periyar and Aluva manappuram from the room's balcony are all beyond words. Really astonished by the serene environment.

Poorly maintained property. Classical example of Public sector management. Very sorry to see the deteriorating assets here. Kerala State Government should think of bringing in professional management team to protect this asset and to run this as profit making establishments. This property is having all potential and advantage considering it's prime location to develop as 5 star guest house for quality hospitality services.

Great ambiance . Unbelievable luxury. It's a govt run guest house. That public can also book rooms here was a recent amendment. I don't know whether it holds

Excellent place to stay. Well mannered and supporting staff. Manager is so kind well trained and understanding. The palace is having state seed farm which is also worth visiting. The incharg of farm is well educated, experienced and continuously helping farmers

Amazing guest house from Kerala tourism. Stayed here for an official visit. Best place to stay in Aluva with back waters on the back of guest house. One can stay for the view.
