I went to Althaf Food Court for the first time today. The atmosphere is nice, and the prices of the food on the menu are reasonable. I ordered three chicken biriyani's to see how they tasted, and one plate cost 130 rupees. With two medium pieces of chicken, the serving size is sufficient for one person, and the flavour is mild. I liked it because it wasn't too spicy or oily, but it might not be typical biriyani for some. Except for those two pieces of chicken, I found no errors. If you are a student or have a limited budget, you should visit this place in Porur at least once.
Iam giving one star because Google doesn't give zero star Ordered chicken fried rice for take away Chicken Pieces in the rice is not even more then four and tastes very bad

While parking is generously available for two-wheelers, it may pose a slight challenge for four-wheelers given the road's busy nature. The BBQ offerings at this food court are truly exceptional, elevating the dining experience. Their Shawarma stands out as one of the better ones; however, I must note that, in my opinion, it doesn't quite reach the pinnacle achieved by the main branch. Despite this, Althaf Food Court remains a noteworthy destination for its delectable offerings, particularly in the realm of BBQ cuisine.
I Have been here for dinner for about 7days and tried most of the items they have and non of them disappointed me. I would recommend you try the shawarma plate and grill chicken here I also really liked the lollypop fry, biryani is also decent. they have a good service and smiling faces.
The food here is not at all right. The food here is also not good. Neither Shawarma is tested nor grill is tested. Both of them are not correct. The one who served us is also not correct but it is nothing worth eating in a hotel.
The worst shawarma in my opinion. A small roll which is not longer than my phone which is full of veggies and mayonnaise. Literally a very bad experience from this branch in porur.
I don't know why biriyani tasted bad today only cinnamon flavour not tasted good fired rice was good
