Best Residential Apartments and Nice Architecture of Urban Village in Chennai. Bought a flat at 18th floor. I wish to move in as soon as the construction gets completed.

It a huge appartments. It was amazing to see the top view of the miniature of the building. Interior model it's not that much worthy when compare.with crown appartments near koempedu.

Nice features, bang on OMR just 4km from madhya kailas . But coming back to madhya kailas will mean going about 1 km further to take U turn, minor bummer.

Sorry fed up with your projects already . Just washing hands after selling all the flats . Never thought appaswamy would do like this. STP failure, high maintenance cost.. if you are really concerned about customers hear their concern and correct it.

Good project in good location, some of the points to consider. The maintenance is on the higher side, 5rs/sq/ft + GST. You will have to pay around 7.5k for 2bhk and 10k for 3bhk. Parking will be headache for ppl living in higher floors, you have to climb up 5 floors for parking Do check the river backside, considering the apartment starts from 6th floor, should not matter during rainy season flood however hygienic environment is a matter of concern.

Not sure why none of them mentioned about the stinky canal and a slum right behind the project. Please do visit the backside of the project before booking. The park area is stinky and you get the view of canal and people passing body waste from sea facing apartment.

Loved the concept that has been done. Have good confidence in the builder. Unfortunately their price per sq ft is above market rate and their bathroom flush which is placed in the wall has an issue...as everytime u flush the next room can hear it..also didn't like that they used aluminium frames instead of upvc for windows or doors..few other issues too but it's not bad as they are upfront with the details unlike a few other builders I have visited.

Visited the property.Sales person attitude was pathetic. He just gave brochure and said, just check the brochure , whatsapp me which flat do you need and we will provides. He didnt even ask us to sit. Never seen this kind of attitude in anywhere.
