The staff's behavior is appalling and inhumane. They prioritize profit over patient care, leaving patients in critical need unattended. And in case of an emergency, they will never answer your phone. The reception staff's prioritization of gossip over patient care is unacceptable and unprofessional. Their lack of empathy and compassion exacerbates patients' distress and suffering. Just don't visit this hospital. Instead go to Holy Family, Fortis Escort, Cribs or any other nearby ones. I wish I had this option to give them NEGATIVE RATINGS somewhere.

My wife was treated and operated by Dr.Fatima M Ghanchi on 20th November 2023.She is the best gynecologists doctor you can ask for at Al Shifa.She has great amount of knowledge in her area of treatment. She has operated my Wife successfully alhamdulillah even though She had some complications.Dr. Fatima Ghanchi was so caring to us as if she was treating her own relative. Even after office hours she was always ready to advise and assist over the Fone. She is very competent, committed and caring. My rating for Dr.Fatima Ghanchi would be 5 out 5. But the hospital rating I would give 4 out of 5. Cleaning staff was exceptional. I was in A2 private room. Nurses/Sisters were doing wonderful job. But I felt that they are overburdened specifically in the night shifts. Dr. Farhat was also very good for baby treatment.

Where do I start? Wish there was a negative rating. On 4 Sep my elder brother got 102 degree fever. I took him to this god forbidden hospital as I am new in Delhi and this hospital was the closest one to my house. At 12:30 pm we reached the hospital. Our case was assigned to Dr. Abdul Sathar Sait. The doctor was not in his chamber as he was on rounds. We waited and waited and the queue for waiting patients got bigger bigger. There were patients who were waiting earlier than us. My brother's token number was 19. At around 1:35 pm the doctor entered his cabin. Most of the patients there were saying that this hospital try to give patients IV as soon as they enter the hospital and they insist to admit u even if u hv minor fever. It took another 2 hrs before my brother's number came. This idiot doctor recommended my brother ecg without testing anything else. Within 5 mins we went to there ecg lab. At the ecg lab there was no technician and the nurse there told us to get ecg in emergency ward as all the technicians were busy in emergency ward. We went to emergency ward where we were told that there r no additional beds to get ecg and to go back and wait for ecg. In the end we literally got so frustrated that we left without ecg. I called my family doctor in my hometown who recommended some antibiotics for my brother and told me not to get worry. Long story short my bro got absolutely well. I am speaking from my personal experience avoid this snail pace doctor Abdul Sattar Sait and this 3rd class hospital. The staff there is really rude and full of morons who think themselves as some govt. officials.

Semi private first floor Room no 113 Very caring and supporting staff. Dr Khusboo and Nursing staff also very caring. They also guided us how to take care of new born baby and mother after discharge from hospital.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Bhuva Mittalben Umeshbhai and her Dental Assistant, Shajia Ahamed from Dental Department was exceptional. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication to patient care make her a standout dentist. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and caring dentist. The doctor have taken good care of everything. The staff members of the hospital, room no.119 (semi-private) were very cooperative and helpful.The room staff members of 119 were very cooperative, the nurses were literally helping in guiding the new mother's and the cleaness level is also very good

Al shifa hospital managment is quite good and service also satisfactory. Specially nurse & facility managment team is more supportive & coperative. Hospital hygiene maintaining good. In addition that Dr. Moti Lal have more experience and his behaviour towards patients outstanding..

They have no manners how to talk and behave with patients. They are not maintaining time's also
