Alps Residency - Hotel in Krishnagiri - Krishnagiri, India

Not worth for this high tariff rooms. Service is extremly bad. No hot water jug, tea/coffee sachets. Had to wakeup staff to get a bucket & mug for the early hrs checkout...

I stopped here for charging my EV. It has Relux charger and the charging experience was good. However, after eating sandwich from here my son started complaining of stomach pain and then later had vomiting.

Last week I stayed in this hotel. Tariff is very expensive for a small town like Krishnagiri.Rooms are just okay.Needs refurbishment. Only plus point is the EV charging facility. Complimentary breakfast is average. For this tariff we can stay at Hosur with better amenities and good food

I had a great experience here.. front office staff are very friendly mainly Nisha and front office manager aju they did so much to me . Thankyou so much.. i will refer to my friends and family also..

Good food and service , but waiting time is more than 30 mins even for a single tea

On 22nd Apr 2023 , one night stay with my whole family ( took two rooms) Unfortunately the hotel is not I was expected Condition. At the night the ac is not getting cold and asked to reception to change my room and they did it , unfortunately the second room also same issue the ac is not getting cold. It was really bad experience. The complimentary items such as tea and coffee, it's really poor quality. The breakfast was having limited menu and the server is not well experienced to serve the food properly such as the table manners, not having / kept enough cutlery's in the table, not serving time to time water & change the plates and all. Hotel managers has to review below points. 1. The staff must be educated / trained to serve properly to handle the customer's. 2. The breakfast counters nearby was basin having broken was base and seeing some dirty fungus. 3. The breakfast counters is really hot , still the ac is not working. Positive feedback 1 - having good parking [P] spaces 2 - having electric car chargers facilities 3 - Limited dinners menus ( until 10 pm only ) Regards, Vysakh

I,L.Rekha Naidu ,resident owner at Hosur,,came to Krishnagiri along with my mother aged 92yrs,,to attend to a wedding function on the 24th n 25th of May 2023... We stayed at this Hotel Alps and found the best Hospitality rendered by your staff ,,right from the reception ( Mr.Ajju Alexander,,,,,,Housekeeping staff Ms.Prema,restaurant staff,,,,,,Security Mr.Krishnan) As we have experience in touring ,,,both India n Abroad...we found the room 209.....very ambient, spacious, clean n Hygienic. Food was tasty Restaurant service for breakfast was very professional n good Keep up the good work.
