Most efficient work is done in insurance department and PRO office. After admitting the hospital they will do all the works those who need the insurance. PRO sir is very efficient and capable man.Their team work is very good. Really we are appreciating you dear staffs and hospital management

Inefficient PRO & Insurance team whom doesn't know , How to submit a medical claim to Insurance company. Insurance holder patients please don't prefer this hospital. Also , lack of experienced professional doctors in department like pulmonary will give patients life time worst experience. Internal Medicine Department is exceptional as having experienced Doctor.

Very good hospital staff, front office ready to help all the hospital goers, anytime casuality and moderate cost of treatment make this hospital accessible to common man. Insurance agents are good service.....

Care full treatment VERY GOOD SERVICE IN THIS HOSPITAL, SPECIALLY IN INSURANCE DEPARTMENT AND PRO OFFICE

Good care to palliative patients... But casuality services are not so good, nurses behaviour towards patients were bad in casuality.

Good health services in near by localities like Murickassery, padamubal and kambilikandom etc. Staffs and doctors are very friendly. Good and helpful staffs in Insurace department. Lab facilities are available. This hospital services are very recommended in first level of emergency situations. Even the Physician Mathew doctor is very dedicated and responsible. One thing I noticed here is in New registration form has an entry for Religion.

Easy location to reach.Good service and good care . Especially physician (Mathew doctor)is tooo good. But the pharmacy section was too bad as it takes much dealy for delivering medicines .

I strongly disagree with the Gynaecology dipartment here for my worst experience fue days before for a high risk pregnancy.But Mathew doctor (physician) too good.
