One of the best AC gyms I've been to. Unlike most other gyms trainers play close attention to my workouts and provided me with my personal splits and workouts based on my injuries and my body. It's definitely worth the cost based on my experience.

One of the best gyms in Trichy and a safer one for women. Trainers here pay close attention to everyone. Especially Trainer Hem who is very jovial and motivates everyone. His effort is awesome. He also has good knowledge on the diet plans and suggests then accordingly.

The gym has great ambience and the equipment is good quality. The trainers are very helpful and even though I don't know Tamil I was still able to learn with ease. It is a great place to work out and I felt welcomed.
