Worst hospital experience so far. It is not fit to be a hospital. It does not provide basic facilities which a hospital should have. We had to take the patient out for a scanning inspite of having the scanning machine at the hospital, it was unavailable because the radiologist was busy with other work during the working hours. The staff is very misguiding. They don't let us use lift even for the senior citizens. Washrooms are not clean. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Dr's are very gud..they are vry frndly But staffs are very lazy..in medical we have to wait more than 1 hour cus staffs are vry slow. Management should luk in to it once.

First experience in this hospital staff are very good especially nurse and Dr Ram and Dr Nadeem explained the whole surgery process in the details and the surgery was successful

Alpha nursing staffs care is very good and Doctors are very approachable. I am very much satisfied with alpha hospital.

The hospital is good in terms of infrastructure. However, the nursing and duty doctors keep gossiping about trivial matters. They are not professional enough to handle a patient. I was there for 2hrs at the out patient area and had a very bad experience. The senior nurse doesn't even know how to administer an IV cannula. The nurse and the duty doctor were asking irrelevant questions to me. They stopped when I said I will call the Physician. They need to be taught professionalism and train on their skill set!

Hi, I have suffered from harniya from past 2 years after that I visited to alpha hospital. Dr. Ramalingeshwar reddy, treated me for harinya, and operation went well...Doctor has done a great job and we are happy with his treatment even nurse and staff took good care of me. When it comes to the cost and facilities...it was good and satisfied, they treated within 24 hours and now the my helath condition was Good and I am recovering fast. And we are thankful to the Doctor and the hole staff members.

Nurses are slow to respond. Canteen service is slow
