I joined Alpha Gym & Fitness centre recently. Gym is decent, well equipped , air conditioned, properly Ventilated & located at prime location too. Trainer Vijay Sethupathi sir gives individual attention to each members and keeps tracking your workouts timely. Trainer and members of the gym are more comfortable to work with. BTW, really Worth the money.

My first experience with alpha gym and fitness and have not been disappointed! I have been training here about a few months and found the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. A special shout out to one of the trainer Mr. Karthick raja, He's always been very welcoming, kind and generous. It's a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure

I joined the gym four months ago. The ambience of the gym is very good and the equipments are well maintained.The place is air conditioned with a good audio system which helps to boost up our workout mood. The workouts given by my trainer were so effective and I could see the results in a short span of time. To me, Yes, it's worth the money. Thank you team Alpha for helping me in my weight loss journey.
