Had been battling with weight gain and over eating during the COVID pandemic. To my surprise I found it easy to adapt to the suggested incremental lifestyle changes, one at a time. All the guidance and suggestions provided by the coaches were achievable targets and at the end of four months I've lost nearly 10 kg of excess weight. The most important aspect is that the lifestyle changes became a habit and I could sustain then even after I weaned off the program. I've become a better version of myself and my eating habits have become healthier. Highly recommended.
