We were group of 10 and we had an amazing experience. We reached the property midnight due to heavy traffic midway but the property host Vicky was waiting for us all the way long. He and other two persons took care of everything served us hot food even at midnight. Tents and tree house were clean and well maintained. Property is very good. We also had an amazing trekking experience. A very big thanks to Vicky and his two companions.

From the moment, I contacted him to plan my trip, he demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the region and a genuine commitment to making my journey memorable. He carefully curated my itinerary, ensuring that it aligned perfectly with my interests and preferences. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the lush surroundings and the tranquil ambiance that permeated the property. I took three tents for a night stay with a bonfire. The accommodation was nothing short of spectacular. I spent a night amidst a deep forest and tea plantation. Waking up to the misty mornings and the sound of birds chirping outside my window was a true delight. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views of Kodanad View Point, which was just a short drive away. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the rolling hills was a surreal experience that left me in awe of nature's beauty. The staff at Alpas Camps and Resorts were incredibly hospitable and attentive. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel like a welcomed guest in their home. Thanks to Mr. Vignesh and Krishna. The food was tasty and the flavors were exquisite, and I relished every meal. I left Alpas Camps and Resorts with a heart full of gratitude for the wonderful memories. I am deeply grateful to Jayaseelan and Innerpeace Travel Agency for orchestrating a trip that left me with cherished memories and a profound connection to the Nilgiris. Drawbacks: I felt uncomfortable with a few of the below things, but rest assured you will have a wonderful experience and I promise that. Only street car parking that left my car (a valuable asset) on the road unmanaged and unsecured. No non-vegetarian food. Best Things: Affordable cost reliable for couples, IT employees, and travelers. A splendid place to relax and rejuvenate our body and soul. 1 km (approx) trekking to the resort from the road will be a great experience. Stay inside the deep valley amidst the tea plantation gives you thrilling goosebumps at night. Star gazzing through telescope at nights is an added complimentary.

We visited this place during the weekday. Best part for us was there was no one else at the whole place. View: mesmerising view. 5 star for this. Room: It's a bamboo cottage. You will see small animals like squirrels and rats running around but that's the part of nature stay. Food: Unfortunately this didn't work out for us. We believe something went wrong that day and it happened. Host: the caretakers of the property are 2 amazing guys from Bihar. They are very good with us, help us with anything we need. I would recommend

The bamboo hut was basic but fully functional and clean. And the food was great. Best part was the view, and the freshly cooked tasty food.

His knowledge and passion for the night sky were truly inspiring. He patiently answered all our questions and provided fascinating insights into the celestial wonders above. The resort's amenities were fantastic, catering to both relaxation and adventure. Whether it was exploring the nearby hiking trails, or indulging in delicious local cuisine at the dining area, there was always something to enjoy. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff's commitment to ensuring a memorable experience, along with Mr. BhavaNandhi's admirable hospitality, made our visit even more special. I left Alpas Camps and Resorts feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommended .My first tent stay it was awesome experience. View from the tent is like heaven. Food was too good - Hospitality is really great , they provide food tea ,Trek -camp - galaxy view in reasonable package. . Very friendly and safe camp. One thing have to walk 10 mints to reach the site from the parking .but it's really worth . (Vera level experience) .

We went to this camp site last weekend. My review will be a mix of both PROS and CONS...First I will start with Pros.. PROS: 1> View and Location: The view is just awesome as well as the location. There is a small trek to reach the camp site from the main road. 2> Tents: The tents were nice and comfortable. 3> Food: Though the food was only veg that too very normal but they tasted good. Now coming to CONS.. 1> Service: They didn't even provide a water bottle whereas they told that it is a fully family oriented camp site so many restrictions were there but I really want to know which family who is having little kids will allow their children to have water from their local water source. Also in a family, elder persons are also there so in the mid of the night if your water is over , then u have to trek 2-3 mins up to the canteen and take water from there unless you are carrying your own water bottle. 2> Washroom: I know that in camp site there is only a common washroom but what about the hygiene.. they have only two toilets where one was dirty, we told them but their answer was " we clean it in the morning so you have to deal with that".. very nice... 3> Cost: Per head its 2250 so for a tent, veg food (very minimal) and common washroom you are charging 2250 per head per day so we are assuming the extra money we gave is only and only for the awesome location and view. I am giving this review because I felt so... so don't charge me in whatsapp like you (Lakshmi Narayanan) did to my friend who gave her honest review. If you can take the PROS then you have to take the CONS too...Yes Camps are not luxury and we know that very well, we are like travelling to camps many times but its just that your camp and the cost is having a huge difference. Also the tree house was having full with mice and that has been told by the lady who was staying there. There was no soup in the washroom ... I guess you have a very misconception on camp sites or the cost...Try to work on one of the point. either your service or your cost.

Nice campsite with a breathtaking view. Could improve the ambiance even more. The rest rooms were neat and clean.
