I have been there for health checkup on 15th November. My reporting time was 8:30 AM, I reported well within time. When I contacted the receptionist She was not welcoming at all. She told me that kindly wait, yours check up will start by 10 AM. I told her that my appointment was @ 8:30, then why it should be start at 10. Then she was like wait there it might start by 09:45. I didn't have any other option rather than waiting in such an unprofessional health service centre. Though it started by 09.30. Since then everything was taken care by Ms. Ruksana Begum that too with so ease. She was so good at her service. These 3 stars only for her and i cut those 2 star for receptionist.
recently had the opportunity to visit this Medicare center, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The service and care I received here were exceptional. The staff ( mainly Ruksana Madam ) was not only professional but also incredibly compassionate. They took the time to explain all the details, answer my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
