Aloha Ganges Apartments - Hotel in Jonk, Rishikesh - Tehri Garhwal, India

I feel there should be a phone in the apartment to contact the concerned person for any queries n requirements. The mobile connection is not always available/ busy. Also voice calls were not clear many times. For key drop after check out should be better. The security person refused to take the keys without talking to Anil ji n his number was busy.what to do in such a scenario.

The apartments need renovations to make them worth the price. They were ok for a day's stay. Everything is worn down. There's quite a bit of renovations around the building in October 23. The location is fantastic. Beautiful views of Ganges from the room. You can't walk down to the river from the premises. You have to drive around to get to a spot to get to the river. Swimming pool is inviting and restaurants are great. We rented an apartment which is separate from the hotel but we could use all facilities. Apartment staff helped carry our luggage up and also bring it down too. Overall happy with the service.

A very comfortable stay and everything was delivered as promised. A big thanks to the whole team for this wonderful experience right from the booking till checkout. Stayed there for 3 nights in 2 bhk with terrace apartment and will definitely visit again.

Amazing view from 2bhk terrace apartment. Property is also good. Mostly games are chargable, we thought it's included. Swimming pool was clean...But other Services are very poor. We have to call 10 times for small small needs, they keep saying they are sending staff but no one comes. Because of renovation in some blocks lots of noise disturbance was there..I think it's good to book hotel property instead of apartments over there.

The person responsible for the booking was really disrespectful. Mind you they entire amount before check-in so if you find any issues thereafter you will be left with not choice. As for the property, the premises is really good with nice clean swimming pool and great view.

view was amazing from our apartment, we also get to use all the amenities of resort while staying in this apartment.

We had a lovely time in Aloha on the Ganges, Rishikesh on our family vacation. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful, property is clean, well maintained and beautiful.
