Nice individual villas with 2 BHK . 4 Villas with a common swimming pool. Quite costly. No attached restaurant, though nearby hotels do free home delivery. Beach is at a walkable distance. Nice place for hangout with 8-10 ppl

It was like booking a room instead of booking individual resort.
Common swimming pool for all 4 Villa's, which wasn't cleaned properly.
Full of Mosquitoes- No pest control nothing.
No veraanda or Laan available.
Total Disappointment.
Simple place with a close reach to the beach maintained by excellent staff who took over the property very recently..... It has 4 independent buildings in one compound sharing a common pool..... Good place for a weekend break.....

Best place for families, bachelor's Nd couples. Individual villa type resort. Peaceful Nd kindly staffs. They arranging events Nd party too.
Small, safe and compact place for a family get together, few meters from beach, don't expect it to be clean, restrooms are definitely not clean, has a small pool and a tiny lawn, can have beach view from one of the blocks...

Jas Vilas was a great place to stay. They were so welcoming - we arrived at 9am and they let us check in straight away. The pool and garden areas were very well kept and so nice and relaxing to use because they are away from the road noise
Comfortable and clean rooms. AC was available in all the rooms. They had a kitchen and a fridge with some basic utensils which helped us out a lot. The swimming pool was clean and the lawn was well maintained. They also had a Jacuzzi on the top floor
