Aloft New Delhi Aerocity - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

One of the greatest experience we had at this hotel. The staff here was amazing right from welcome to checkout. My kid who is a toddler felt very welcomed and the staff was very kind enough to accommodate every request of the kid. The welcome treat was a nice gesture. During the checkout, the staff ensured to load all the bulky luggage's, and ensured that we were comfortable! In all aspects, I will recommend this hotel to my friends!

I had gone there for a business meeting in the evening with my colleagues and the place has a nice ambience. I had tried the snacks both vegetarian and non veg, it was good. After than we had tried the main course and after that we had eaten sweet dish. Food was good in taste and had a great serving. we all loved it and had a great experience

I stay for my visit in India for a week. Welcoming at reception desk was great. Breakfast excellent with variety of food options. Bar and snacks corners at lobby very nice and friendly service. All their hospitality at hotel, spa, shops are wonderful. Probably I will choose same hotel for my next visit in India.

Be aware, this hotel prohibits outside food. Want to pickup a pizza and eat it in your room? Sorry, not allowed. Also, having guests after a certain hour will cost you money. We had a suit which we had tailored delivered, and we needed to try it on to check if it needed alterations. The front desk said that our tailor would need to be registered for a fee before being permitted into our room. And there are constantly people watching your every move, so no chance you can avoid it. The hotel restaurant was OK, but there is an amazing food area within a 5 minute walk which I would recommend instead. These two policies overshadowed all the pleasant things about this hotel. Will not stay here again on my next trip to Dehli.

One of the worst hotel in terms of hospitality that i have visited till now. Even after booking higher floor room by paying more they don't care and just say we only have lower floor rooms and the hotel is full which was not the case. Also the front desk staff don't have a way to talk to its guests. Also for a third person to go in the room they ask for money which i have never seen anywhere. Pranav from front desk does not know how to talk and deal with guests. Only thing they care in money, money and money. Worst hotel in terms of hospitality. There are much better hotels at much better price nearby.

We arrived very late after a long international flight. The staff were extremely helpful with getting us settled into our room. The beds were very comfortable and we were happy to get a good nights rest! The hotel interior is stunning. We had breakfast at the buffet. The selection was amazing and so was the food! The chefs are truly incredible. We will definitely stay here anytime we are arriving in Delhi again.

First stay at aloft. It's a premier property with an excellent service. Front desk staff are very friendly, checkin and checkout went smooth and swift. Was a short trip so didn't try other facilities. Breakfast has good variety and lots of space and staff to help you. We were traveling with a toddler and didn't face any issues.

. Had a great experience. Very modern interiors, nice pool, good food. If you're here for work, it definitely is one of the best places in Aerocity in this budget. Few things that could be better - the view is not that great from the rooms. I missed having curtains as they have only blinds.
