Poor experience. Rooms are pretty decent. The previous guest smoked in the room hence it was stinking very badly, even after using room freshner. The duvet wasn't clean too.
A very pleasant experience. The staff were punctual and courteous. They readied the room in time and had it clean and fresh.

When I booked room online it was showing available and after reaching to the hotel they say no rooms available I mean what is purpose of booking priorly. Even when we reached to hotel midnight the hotel main door was locked we have been waiting outside and calling to the hotel guy but no response and no one at reception counter. After that they say you go and book new hotel after waiting for 40 min outside the hotel and 20 mins inside the hotel and finally we left the hotel
Me and my family stayed here for few days and our entire stay was comfortable and nice. The AC suite we got was affordable, clean, and well maintained. The location is quiet and has few good veg restaurants and a main bus/auto stand near to it. I would highly recommend this hotel. I would like to thank the young caretaker named Altaf, for making our stay a memorable one!
Pleasant stay. Clean room and bathroom with all basic amenities like Air Conditioner, TV, WiFi, Hot water etc. No restaurant inside the hotel, but they arrange it from nearby restaurant upon request at reasonable rates. Food taste was good. Walkable distance from Ernakulam North railway station. Kaloor metro station is around 500 metres, which provides a convenient commute to the city. Safe, clean room, easy to commute to the city, appreciable staff behaviour.
