Almas Hospital - Hospital in Kottakkal, Changuvetty - Malappuram, India

Recently visited Al mas Hospital in Kottakal. A vast parking area, inside shops and restaurants are available. The facility was clean, and the medical care provided was good. For all type doctors and treatment is provided. The patient room and ward was modern and maintained well. Overall, a positive experience, and I felt well taken care of during my visit.

One of the largest hospital in Malappuram district with lots of hi tech medical options. The hospital almost size of a medical college. Lots of parking space but will be difficult to find parking spot at peak times. Not that much cleaned.

Very bad experience. The place smells terrible.The nurse who came to collect blood sample used a glove on my mother's wrist instead of a tourniquet, when asked about that she said she couldn't find it, the room was not cleaned despite them asking us to wait an hour for cleaning purpose, the power supply was interrupted at night even after taking a deluxe room, and they couldn't give us a key for the room. They said they will look after it ??? I mean, we came for a surgery, of course we have cash and everything and we cant just keep it in the room and go out. At first, they said they will give the keys after sometime but then they were like it's missing. After complaining, they gave us key for a vacant room and asked us to shift the things there. Would recommend this hospital for the doctors here but not for the service and facilities.

It can be said that Malappuram is no 1 with good doctors and all kinds of multi facilities. But only in gynecology department, time management is very bad, there is no proper booking system, there is not enough staff, the condition of the lab is also the same. Govemnent hospital would be better than this

Right doctors but wrong institution. There is a lack of systematic channel on Admimistration. I got booking for Nephrology on 11.30. Once i reached on time, the doctor went for admission rounds and he restarted consulting on 2o clock. I came to know that its the usual practice. Then why shouldnt they give booking for after noon. Patients are getting physically and mentally tired by sitting in wheelchair for more than 2 hours. Administrative wise and mechanism is too failure
