Worst service.. they can deliver u chicken gravy without any chicken on it.. and they verbally abuse customers if u tell the dish is not worth of money. If you go in you have to eat whatever they give and you have to pay for that and come out with disappointment..
Average taste.you can't expect good taste.however few items are tasty.Price is little bit high compared to the taste.Major problem in palani is you can't find real non veg tasty food restaurant.all restaurant s are average taste.considering that this is ok type.Average biriyani and other side dishes.dont try fish fry .Word one
I had a very pathetic experience with this hotel while my visit to Palani. 1) High attitude service / pathetic service 2) Pathetic food/ high oily food/ unhygienic plates 3) Now the rates are so high that it is beyond Bangalore hotel price lists. Either they knew that an outsider and exploited it. Rates are so freaking high for pathetic food and service. I request all people to not visit as they are ethically not right in their service.
Biryani was not good. Tasted like leftovers. Washroom not kept clean. The restaurant was smelly. No cards accepted. Overall, not recommended for travellers. Had to deal with a stomach pain.
Based on the today(01.01.2022) experience.Your hotel service not satisfactory and worst Also poor tasting in foods.while comparing with earlier days Ur hotel foods are tasty with good service.But nowdays None of them.pl make good taste and good service.particullarly,avoid Fibre type plates.Use banana leafs.
