One of the worst hotel in Haldwani. Care taker guy is really peace of work and gridy . He doesn't know how to talk with customers and was telling me how to save money by making fake bills and present into company. It was really bad weather and I had no other option except to live there. Room was ok ok but hot water was the main concern as after turning on greaser I've to wait more than 40 minutes and still water didn't get enough warm. Not recommending at all.

Hotel is all about cleanliness and hospitality. Location for night halt is okay. Cleanliness of laundry is major issue. Very bad. Property is just 3 year old. Rooms are very small. Management must see into the matter. Staff also should more professional and clean.
First and last time stay in this property. Their quality of room, comfort and hospitality are not doing justice with the tariff. Even a single star is more. No Ala carte they were just offering Daal Chapati and asked me to order online. Asked for a tea thrice and kept me waiting for like 2 hours and despite three reminders they just tend to ignore it. What a poor service. A big no to this property. And when it comes to hospitality they are far from what Sundram offers.
