One of the worst hotel in Haldwani. Care taker guy is really peace of work and gridy . He doesn't know how to talk with customers and was telling me how to save money by making fake bills and present into company. It was really bad weather and I had no other option except to live there. Room was ok ok but hot water was the main concern as after turning on greaser I've to wait more than 40 minutes and still water didn't get enough warm. Not recommending at all.

No Ala carte they were just offering Daal Chapati and asked me to order online. Asked for a tea thrice and kept me waiting for like 2 hours and despite three reminders they just tend to ignore it. What a poor service. A big no to this property. And when it comes to hospitality they are far from what Sundram offers.
