I had my best time in Alleppey, the houseboat cruise was very nice and very peaceful. The food served by the houseboat chef was very tasty. Also we went to the paddy field, the scenes where amazing to watch and we did fishing. If you are planning for a houseboat stay in Alleppey definitely go with Alleppey Houseboat Club team.

Mesmerizing experience with team alleppey houseboat club houseboat. I booked houseboat for me and my friends. Good facilities, very nice staff and comparatively good price. The sunset and sunrise houseboat ride was amazing. The meals were good, We have purchased extra chicken and crab from the market and the team helped us to cook it free of cost. Overall a very nice experience.

Overall a decent experience - The ride was mesmerizing & the captain of the ship and cook were also friendly. The food however has a lot of scope for improvement - while it is traditional Kerala food, overall it is below average.

I booked 3bhk boat for a night stay. I would suggest not to book deluxe boats. No attention or support provided for deluxe boats. Only if you are paying high for premium boats you will get all facilities. There were 2 staffs in our boat and they seemed to enjoy a lot than my family who booked the boat. We couldn't sleep in our rooms as these guys were having alcohol at the terrace of the boat. We continuously heard the foot sounds. Morning there were many cigarette butts in the hall. We immediately asked them to remove them as there kids in our boat. They stopped in a shop to buy snacks and sea foods to cook. More than us they were very eager to buy more sea foods. He said I will get very less items for dinner and made us buy more crab and prawns. And the rates was very high in those shops. Seems they will get commission there. And I also doubt whether the crab we bought is same they cooked. Because there were huge difference in the colour of the crab. They didn't even allowed inside the kitchen. Whenever we tried to enter they came running and asked what we want. Food is utter waste. Even the tea was worst. After providing feedback they somewhat improved dinner. But not great. TV is not working. No AC remote provided for us to control the temperature. They said we can switch on and off whenever needed but cannot give remote to reduce or increase temperature. Water was very dirty. Seems the backwater is used directly. They parked my boat first and next to our boat they parked another premium boat blocking our window view. I regret booking this boat and spending 17600 for this worst experience.

First of all, the site made it really easy to access and book the boat. Second of all, me and my family was able to totally relax and let the world go by due to the lovely boat, the brilliant crew who looked after our every wish and the unspoilt area. Especially the fish fry provided at the lunch was extremely tasty. Overall, it was a really great experience.

Great trip on luxury Houseboat. The team was nice and helpful . The food was delicious and we halted at a fresh fish stand and it was prepared on time by our chef. Good bathroom and perfect beds. The best part of this boat is that it has bed in the shade up at the front by the captain ... amazing to sit and observe everything

It was a heart whelming experience for me and my family..They provided us an Excellent service. Every one was helpful and the food was really good.. I will suggest you people to prefer Alleppey Houseboat Club...Enjoy this wonderful experience

For all customers (including foreigners ).. don't choose this houseboat service. They are fake and cheater.. I have filled a complaint against them in the court. The manager Tony of the house cheated us by giving a not stayable house boat (pic attached). 1. Nothing was cleaned, everything was dirty 2. Lots of bugs and spiders in the room 3. The room smelled like diesel when we wanted to sleep in the night. We were not able to sleep in one of the room due to diesel smell 4. Cheated us by not providing what was committed in the website Complained about this to the customer care of this website but they did not give us any proper reply. Have filled a complaint against them and also sent an email to Kerela CM cell and kerela tourism. Avoid this boat house at any cost . You can check all the reviews in last 1 or 2 months. Everyone has complained about the but not action has been taken, this is the only reason I have registered complaint against these guys. Most of the positive reviews are posted by then to show high rating in Google review.
