After checking out couple of properties which were not car friendly..read narrow roads and no parking in this vicinity, this one had a semi decent parking space and access road. So settled here. It opens to the beach and has a great beach view. Rooms and toilet ok. Nothing great. Morning coffee is nice. But after that is forgettable.
Our stay was amazing only because of the stunning location which is a private access to the beach. Amazing view from the balcony. The downside is we ordered outside food for which there were no plates or utensils that they could provide. The window couldn't be kept open for the see breeze to enter because of mosquitoes. Also there is no TV in the room. Overall the place was nice just for the sea view and private beach experience. The owner is a very helpful person he guided us on a lot of stuffs to do and don't in the Alapuzha trip. I would recommend them to upgrade the facilities a little bit more for the betterment of the customers:)
The location is next to beach but the building is old and the bedsheets and pillows are not so clean. Rest all are fine
Very sad that my family chosen this hotel. Whole room is full of mosquitos. Small particles in the water, cigarette marked bedsheets. "Trust me A/C don't work here". Its not only my problem, most of the reviews having the same, and its true. The whole night is disaster after paying 2k. Absolutely not recommended.
We just reached late to the property so we don't have another chance to change the stay. Room boy changed the turkeys and blanket because of full dust and dirtiness. Can't sleep till 1am due to lots of mosquito it was bad experience we don't suggest and we will say a big no to our friends who are asking about this rooms.
Best for family and couples who want a room on the beach at a budget. Rooms are good with clean washrooms. Awesome view of the sea from the balcony. No resturant, food needs to be ordered online or just walk up to the shack next door.
Excellent hospitality and supportive staff. Placed right on the beach. Nice clean rooms. I always feel comfortable coming here
The rooms are good enough for the price segment. But manage your expectations. Good enough for solo travelers. For families, would recommend adding a bit more money and getting a better place

The view from the rooms is to die for, and the host was kind and helpful without being intrusive at all. We had a wonderful stay here, and would definitely stay here in the future as well.
