Very poor response, they are not ready to attend the customers, if you want take the garments and do the trail. If you ask anything about garments they says no, no , no., Very poor product knowledge, if you love Allon solley go and buy them. Better to try another showroom in Trichy.

I'm really upset with the product which I've purchased. I've purchased one shirt and one Denim Jeans on Sep 2019, Shirt is fine. Denim Jeans was not even close to average; the quality was very bad that it got torn in my 2nd use after 1st wash. So, I approached the store, they agreed to exchange it and I bought the same exact model denim, I think that is the worst decision that I have made in my life, the size was 34, I used it once, and washed it, the size got enlarged to 41, can you believe this? It happened, so I didn't use that as it was too loose to use. After that I didn't even touch it because I started doing work from home since 2020 starting. On Oct 2021 I thought of altering it to my actual size, so I did. After that It looked so good, I thought at last I'm going to use that Jeans. But on that day itself it got torn while getting on in my bike, it really made me feel embarrassed in middle of the road. Again I reached out to the store, they said they'll send it to QC and check. In QC they said like I would have used it multiple times and altered it, so that could be the reason for this happening. Seriously, I'm telling, a true and legit tailor can easily find out how many times a cloth have been washed. I assure you, if you take a look at that, you can easily find out that it was not used more than 2 times.If you take a look at the picture, you can see the Allen Solly batch, which is looking clear, as I didn't wash it more than once. Also how come a quality of a cloth change if we alter it? That too I've altered it because the size changed from 34-41 in a single wash. I don't know what I did wrong, but this broke me!!! I was in Love with this Brand, but Sorry to say this, I'm really upset with this Jeans, that It would stay as a nightmare for the rest of my life, to get a Jeans from Allen Solly!

While selection in bigger cities like Chennai is better, it is still decent enough. Be aware of discount though - I had the experience where the product had a discounted price stuck on it, only to be informed at the time of billing that the system didn't reflect it and it was wrongly marked with a lower price. Hence it would be better to check beforehand on the price at the time of selection, rather than waiting till billing.

I have been here for 2 times . They have limited number of collections , but those collections are also good and classy to wear . Their staff's are polite and will standby with us for better selection . Also they have two trail rooms which was spacious and cleaned . If you need to buy a set of clothes , it would costs around minimum 3.6k to 4k / Per set of clothes , which includes shirt and jean/trousers . Lets give me them a try . Have a nice day !

A good store from Allen Solly located in sastri road. Went here for the first time,was impressed by their service and the collections available here. Shirts and t shirts were extraordinary,worth for the money you spend. Fittings are good and perfect respective to the sizes available. Jeans and casual pants also good. Full sleeve shirts from new arrivals section were really excellent, purchased shirts from new arrivals. Card payments accepted,car parking has to be done on road side.

I was checking blazers from various shops. Allen Solly offered a terrific product in a deal price. They complimented one more shirt for just 200 rupees of additional payment. Totally satisfied with the product.

Good range of collections, and the fitting is great too.
