Worst experience from an exclusive branded apparel showroom ever visited. I was informed of a birthday month discount of 1500 point(Rs 750) .As per the repeated telecom conversation I visited and at the time of billing ,it was informed only 1000 points (Rs500 ) could be availed. After sending almost an hour there for purchase along with whole family , I was wondering of the trench that I was into . No manager was present there to take up the situation nor the sale staff could provide a clear solution rather than blaming on one another. Being a Mariner and a whole time traveller ,it was heart-rending experience at my hometown.
