Superbe endroit, tres calme et bien place. Le gerant etait tres sympathique et nous a aide de nombreuses fois.

I stayed here for nearly a month and had a really good experience. My room was clean when I checked in and the bed was quite comfortable. The location is great and close to many things. There are a lot of trees and plants on the property which kept the temps cooler in the room. Nestor is an excellent Homestay owner and very promptly responded to all my requests. He was more than happy to accommodate my needs and was very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and clean room with my own bathroom and a lovely balcony area too. Nestor is great and helped me with any issues I had. Location is within walking distance of lots of attractions. I will definitely be staying here when I'm next in Fort Kochi!

Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Comfortable room, with ensuite. Terrific location (quiet area and close to main Fort Kochi attractions). Highly recommended.

Good place to stay. The location is little interior. They have listing in Airbnb and Agoda. The place was under maintenance while i visited.

We stayed in the cheaper room for three nights. The place is located very close to all Kochi's attraction. Please keep in mind there is no sign on a Kit-Kat road, but only red letters painted on a pole, so might not be very easy to find. We guess all "good and clean" reviews were about the superior room, as the cheaper looks like haven't been cleaned for a very long time (except a quick floor sweeping and a bathroom flush) - dirt, spiderwebs, old mattress under the bed. There were also some gadgets left by the previous occupants (water bottle, business cards, etc). There is a free wi-fi and a breakfast icluded (different Indian-style every day) - please skip a tea, as it tasted like if was made of water from the river.

Owner lady doesn't know how to keep promise. I stopped by the inn a day before check-in and told her I will take the room so put it on hold and she said yes; but next day at 8pm when I called her that I will be there in a minute, she already sold that room and have no rooms. She said it was because I didn't give confirmation. And this part was worst - she just hung up before I said anything. (Even though I visited the hotel yesterday and confirmed her to block the room for me, she still needed "confirmation".) No appology, no politeness, nothing. Because of that I had to search a room again in the dark. Owner is WORST. She cares not a guest but cash only.

Reserve a l'avance sur booking, arrive sur place ils avaient louer notre chambre. Ils nous ont envoye dans une autre Guest house miteuse et sale, pas de moustiquaire aux fenetre, pas de wifi... Ce qui etait pourtant indique dans l'annonce de notre chambre , bref gerant peu soucieux de ses clients. Aucune remise sur le prix bien sure.
