I've been living here for a little while now. It's super affordable and the rooms are well-maintained. Best thing about staying here is the food. You have a friendly, professional chef who cooks delicious Indian dishes three times a day.

Hi Allamanda, I never never seen like this room comfortable in anywhere. Here before i have stayed in 5 star hotel. But i never was so happy like this.Bcoz the price is very affordable and no disturbance is there. This is the first time that I stayed in apartment. Room was so excellent. I got positive vibrations in that room. Felt very luxurious.all services are so good. Food is very tasty& affordable price. Food services are also very neat and clean. The receiptionst karthick he spoke in very good manner and friendly. He is resolving all queries reg the room facility. Thanks to the services .

nice apartments but the workers do seem to do anything to maintain it new building new bathrooms but not kept well the owner needs to make sure its maintained. there is no good road leading to the place

Intially told over phone 24 Hrs check out. But,after reaching told only 12 hrs check out -by the owner itself, followed by the manager. Cleaniness also poor- rest room is with used napkins,briefs are lying-not cleaned Location also very poor Strongly recommend to choose Not to go.

Without drinking water....Good and peaceful place to stay..calm always.. Food also very good like home food.... and good response on service side..

Good service however rooms were very outdated and the towels provided were poor quality. Shower was clean and water was hot which was great. Beds were too stiff. Only stayed here as it was close to my friend's wedding venue.

Nice apartments but badly maintained, can be better

Rooms are reasonably clean and new, but some things don't work in some of the rooms (toilet flush, AC etc.) Cleanliness could be improved further. Occasional cockroaches and mosquitoes found. Location is bad - narrow streets, poor sanitation, but we needed a place near one of the many marriage halls nearby, so this was a compromise choice. Service was excellent. The service people (Rajesh - caretaker) try their best to make guests comfortable, despite the drawbacks above.
