This shopping place is inside the mall Utkal Kanika Galleria. At ground floor. All kind of garments u can collect from here. Staffs are well trained. Very good service. They take proper care of covid 19 guidelines. If u are a shopping lover, then u must visit here once for shopping .

I went to Hamleys store at All That Jazz. It has nice collection of Hamleys toys. A little costlier items but quality is worth of it.

Brands are good no doubt but the staff behaviour is quite inappropriate in terms of pushing anything even if it doesn't suit you. Staring at customer like eagles. I believe they should act like humans & more or less help us with selection sales will come accordingly. You should not sell a comb to a bald person. I hope you got the analogue

If you buy a full priced item here, then you pay what is written on the product tag. If you buy something that is on discount then they add 5% vat to your bill without letting you know upfront. E.g. They tell you that there is 20% discount on a particular item. You try it on and decide to buy. Then they send it to cash counter. At the counter they don't tell you that they have added another 5% to your cost. When I checked later and asked they said it's the VAT that everyone has to pay. Effectively you are getting approximately 15% discount. Double standard. VAT is included in the price of it is not on discount. Else you have to pay VAT as an extra amount. My concern is why can't you just say there is only 15% discount. This is just to lure the customers to a trap.

NO DOUBT QUALITY OF PRODUCTS ARE VERY GOOD BUT THE PRICE IS TOO MUCH HIGH AND ITS OF COURSE AS THEY ARE PROVIDING FOREIGN BRANDS WHICH WE DON'T EVEN RECOGNIZE THAT BRAND IN INDIA RARELY GIVING OFFERS CONSUMER OF ALL THAT JAZZ OF ROYAL CATEGORY

Designer brands of international repute are available under one roof eg CK, Gas, Puma etc. Two storied of shopping arcade. You can even find a bookstore there. Nice & friendly staffs are always there to help you out.

It's a awesome place for shoppers, most of the brands are premium in class and the team the management is good they always takes care of the customers very nicely, customer service is five star.
