Loved the stay there. The rooms were beautiful, neat and super clean. The staffs were polite. The ambience was wonderful. Also not to forget the after sale service!! Even after we checked out, they were full supportive of my workshop. They let me keep my stuffs and even helped me change as I had to travel after that. So big thank you to the team and I recommend this to all types of customers! Super friendly!
Situated at a prime location. About 10 mins from Kolkata airport. Serves good food in an ambient environment. Their restaurant offers a majestic view of the busy VIP RD. Drinks offered are comparatively cheaper. A good hangout place for that lazy weekend outing with your special ones
The stay was fantastic. Services were good. Felt friendly behavior from all service personnel. The hotel is located on VIP road at prime location. The google map need to be slightly modified. The location shows near Big Bazar though the hotel is located opposite of Big Bazar.
Food is good about hotel i stay 2 days without wifi no tissue paper in toilet and so noisy outside cant sleep properly.
One of the worst stays I've ever had in India. The hotel names, all look good but the quality of rooms, service and hospitality is utterly pathetic. They've centralised AC in all there rooms which does not seem to work even at 16C, however there staff tries very hard to convince it is working. Sheets, Pillow, Mattress, glasses and everything falls way beyond the definition of hygiene. Staff has no sense of hospitality and are complete imbeciles who do not even know that you should knock when entering a guest's room. One last thing do not pay extra for city view as they have only couple of rooms with window rest others are just box with walls and you'll suffocate in it The rooms are poorly maintained and look shabby. For Breakfast buffet they only have Pranthas with butter and Tea, a roadside Dhabha has better options
Nice stay especially the location. near to all the major spots . 15 min drive to airport. complementary Breakfast menu is limited. Restaurant food is delicious. Gives in ample amount. staff behaviour is very good. Clean rooms. only con is not airy. Room we stayed is totally closed. Widout a single window. AC works fine. Geyser works fine.
