for regular checkups its okay but in terms of hygiene its terrible there are no separate cages of infected pets and pets without any infection. doctor khan is good he tries his best to keep things perfect but his staff ruins everything thing and spoils everything does not maintain any kind of hygiene while injecting ur pet they hold it with the same dirty towel with millions of bacteria and viruses. its not only my review u can check others as well i dont have any personal grudge lwith this pet shop.

I would like to thank Dr. and his staff. I had gone to the clinic 5 days ago with my dog. He was very ill but now he is fine. Once again I would like to thank you sir. Jimmy is fine now.

All these top reviews which this clinic is getting are all untrue. My pet was wrongly diagnosed here. I would humbly request everyone visiting this clinic, not to go by these falsified reviews which I think they are deliberately putting to hide their real reviews. If you see more positive reviews after mine, you will get my point. I would request everyone to stop taking your pets there for treatment, especially when they are in critical condition, Dr Sarthak will simply worsen the condition.

Cat bathing. They use a cat dryer instead of a hair dryer. My cat doesn't get frightened now.

Visited 2 days back with with my cat Pummy having high fever and vomits, she was in critical state. Dr Sarthak treated her and she started eating by the evening. His attitude and knowledge about pets was impressive, he is one of the best veterinary doctor I met ever.

Aliganj pet shops doctors are very well experienced that can change your pet's condition from serious to critical. Especially DR. SARTHAK who has just not completed his studies has been put incharge or the entire clinic as a professional doctor and he thinks he's very experienced at first he started the treatment with very enthusiasm but within 5 days my pet's condition got worse and then he gave up his hands that now he's critical so you can take suggestions from other veterinarians. Claps and now when i went to the other vet he diagnosed my pet and said an overdose of drip and other medications were provided by the so called doctor who i think is just and intern. So my humble request to other people just get your pets grooming and vaccination done there because those two doctors are good for nothing. Dr sarthak i think you need to complete your internship and then run a clinic because your youtube knowledge is not good enough to treat pets with serious diseases.

Worst experience ever. Never take your pet if it has a serious condition because doctors there just know how to put drip over drips and nothing else.. the situation gets worse and they do literally nothing. It was better when Dr Khan was there to manage the clinic but now when you've legit put interns in a doctor's position what else to expect from them other than the basics. They don't even know that they need to give different food for liver infection just giving sedative and drip doesn't work but DR SARTHAK IS A GENIUS i think if he is such a perfectionist in inserting drips then he should he transferred to lohia hospital he will get many patients there because all he knows finding a vein and inserting drip other than the specific treatment or food that should be given. Never mind when i feel like putting on a vigo i will definitely contact my favorite DR SARTHAK because he's a specialist in that. Also i will recommend him some other places too other than handling a pet shop with serious patients.

Worst pet clinic ever and DR SARTHAK is inexperienced and unknowledgeable and he continuously argues and doesn't even accept his mistake that he has wrongly treated my pet. Everything is fine if you don't have enough knowledge atleast you should be apologictical but he's very egoistic and thinks he has the knowledge of the whole world. Good from him i hope he will be a better doctor for pets in the future. Because pets should be treated like kids not toys. He did experiment on my pet which he will pay in the future when something like this will happen in his family then he will understand giving overdose and wrong medication.
