Guys please read it before visiting the place. We had too many problems with residence. Listing few major problems them below :
1. Swimming pool is full of algae and its closed but they do charge for it.
2. Leakage problem. On first day, we noticed and made them aware that basin was leaking they didn't do anything.
3. We booked 2 joint rooms, and cause of leakage problem next day we woke up just to find out both room floors were completely filled with water.
4. Poor construction. A small piece of cement fell off automatically from wall which could have harmed any of us severely but fortunately we were away from it.
5. No good food near by. We had to travel to city to have good food.
6. Only good thing was Caretaker was very helpful.
We stayed for two days and enjoyed the whole experience. Great Stay!!Excellent service staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The food is excellent. We enjoyed a lot at Swimming pool and in Jacuzzi it was very clean, The hotel is location is also nice. I strongly recommend this hotel at alibaug, , we didn't heard a NO for anything in our 2 days stay. Will stay again when we revisit Alibaug.

Hotel was good. service was a bit delayed. Good care taker. swimming pool was okay. Lacked a bit of depth so couldn't enjoy that much. Rooms were good. Value for money stay.
Hot water is not 24 hrs.
Stayed for one day with family. Good place. Average rooms. No chlorinated water for swimming pool. Didn't taste the food,but the do serve if you tell them to. We carried BBQ and made it just outside our room. Manager was generous if to allow us. 2 km from Nagoan beach. 60 km from Murud.

We were a couple and booked this hotel from MMT. Got very good deal. The place is very nice with all greenery around. The caretaker is very humble and will help you in every possible way. Swimming pool in working condition. Jacuzzi well maintained. Rooms were clean and being a home stay in village, you will get to breath pure air in morning..far away from chaos and huzzl of city life. Also a good place to stay with family and groups. Only thing they need to work on is replacing old stuff as you are selling the hotel online.
Best thing was the caretaker. Enjoyed.

Very very bad experience. It was My fault I didn't check the latest review. There were no amenities, no hot water, no TV not proper cleanliness. I check-in at 1 p. M and the caretaker asked for full payment and I trusted him with the room but that was my mistake. After this went with my family to visit nearby places but when I cam at 9 p. M. Back the whole floor was filled with water, I called the care taker he acted he was clueless. Looking back at this and as family said to not create Rukus I didn't scold him. But behind The scene this guy took advantage of us. There was no food and service. Please don't visit such place u can give 100 ruppes more to other place and live there but dot ever visit this place
I don't understand what these guys are complaining about.
You get a room with a POOL Jacuzzi and comforts for under 2000, yes there's one caretaker, and food and other services are available on demand.
But we had a perfect stay. Quiet and comfortable. We had the rooms right next to the pool, On the back side.
The caretaker arranges for food on demand, The hotel is away from the craziness of the city and the tourists there. about 14K from Central Alibag. It's a perfect place for a group of friends of family to hangout for a couple of days, Excellent Value for money.
If you want your luggage picked up go to the HILTON and be prepared to pay those prices, we were very happy picking up our own bags.
