Had worst experience of booking hotel at Ramanathapuram (Alfalah residency) Experience at Alfalah residency for stay on 13-Aug with family:- A) Had booked hotel on 6-Aug. Got confirmation B) Hotel had also given confirmation to MMT for the booking C) When we went to the hotel reception on 13-Aug for check-in, the reception member and hotel Manager were very rude stating that the hotel rooms are sold out. Both were not in position to here our request of coming with family and room was already booked with confirmation. Such types of hotels who does not hold the booking confirmation and making Customer dissatisfaction has to be black listed and to be removed from the MMT approved list
Unclean water glasses, ac controller not with guests, and multiple unwelcome guests (cockroaches). If you're okay with these, then feel free to stay there!
The rooms and not in condition. The staff behaviour towards customer is very worse. They are Not properly handling the other state tourist properly.
Nice place! Best if you are having a marriage at King's Palace Mahal
Toilets are not clean and water facility is little worst. Needs to be improved.
