One of the best gyms in Hosur. Well maintained equipments and a very friendly owner. The gym is situated at the heart of the city. The membership rates are very economical. The personal trainers are very good and give you good tips on training and diet. Overall a great place to get started with your gymming journey.

He understands people potential and provide custom training advise based on their needs. Spacious place and nice set of people with mixed levels of workout makes you gel with similar group to work along. Gym makes workout more fun , relaxing and enjoyable !!
Worst gym in hosur, and not a girls friendly gym. the gym owner don't want the people to reduce their weight, business oriented thoughts. Back commenting is the first thing we can notice in this gym, cracking bad jokes, double meaning talks, and physic insulting too. Trainer guy is such a person who don't train others,just stand and have a look, that's it. They won't teach us the basic thing too. If a person who have Zero knowledge regarding gym, will be nicely cheated in the name of workout.. better' look for a good gym.
Good coach with second hand equipments no advance payment need to be paid to join the gym but u have to pay one month gym fee or as you like. 1month 1000rs, 3months 2500rs, 6months, 4600rs, 1year 8500rs.
