Good service and Rooms are very much cleaned timely, safe for family / couples. Add on's can be done like spa and jacuzzi etc, Rates if reduced will be perfect stay here.

Very bad experience. Booked 2 rooms and after reaching staff Says only 1 room is available as they have given rooms to a marriage party. When I insisted they gave a room with half bathroom. There is no provision to take bath. When we asked them to change the room, they said with in an hour it will be changed. But at 11m also we had to fight to change the room. Manager and asset manager was not present at hotel.
Last Two days I stay this hotel fo,I came here for business trip I feel very comfortable in hotel rooms good space with good ambience,food is delicious but room service charge too much
The AC in the restaurants don't work and it is suffocating. They give wooden spoons for eating unless you insist. Rooms are clean but there are bed bugs in the sofa gave us rashes. Staff training is not good. Some are helpful
That hotel manager don't know how to talk to customers. We booked elite room with king bed. He alloted twin bed and arguing that the king size rooms are already booked. Tat idiot don't know the pre booking things. Once we booked elite he can he allot some one.. Out of that he is asking to cancel the booking if u want.. And saying this is my property. These are my rules.. How management kept fellow as manager..
Was there for pre birthday treat, food was too good as in south indian getting good north India food is not easy, ordered Vej Tandoori platter, which was good, in main course ordered kaju paneer curry which was okaish had very few kaju but taste was okay.
Rooms are good but .Worst service i had ever seen . Management is not co operative at all. for small things also like wifi. it will not work for iphone. No room offered offered for a small adjustments also.staff is very worst instead of understanding customer needs they are laughing at for unknown reasons.
