Can't find decent words to express how bad the experience was. They completely ruined my brother's profile and just before wedding day. And worst part is the barber didn't even accepted his fault or even felt sorry. Didn't expected this from a place like this

It was the worst experience of my life and that too just before my wedding day. They literally spoiled the side profile and its clearly visible in photographs. That's not what you expect from a saloon like this.

"Untrained Staff Wastage of money" I went for the first time to Alex saloon for beard and moustache cutting recommended by my brother. However, the person they assigned for me didn't cut the beard perfectly as I expected as well he made a mess with my moustache.
