Aldos Ark Homestay - Home Stay in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

Lovely place, wonderful setting with the gorgeous terrace full of plants where you can sit and chill. I loved it there. I was going to stay for a few days and I ended 10 days :) Besides the hosts are a honest and trustworthy family who will make the most of your stay. They will take care of you but giving you total freedom as they respect the privacy of the guests. Next time in Kochi I will definately stay here again.

Good stay. Clean rooms, clean bathroom with hot water. Very friendly and attentive owners The upper part has a small, roof covered, patio you can relax on, which is great! It's a safe place just of the main busy road. The area can be little noisy though. One room doesn't have glass in the upper part of the windows, but as we mentioned that to Clinton, he said that will come. This way the room will be more silent. But other than that, great

Stayed in the beautiful home stay run by Clinton and his wife! Must say, the stay was very comfortable. Clinton was very helpful in guiding us through different places in and around Kochi which in turn made our trip really memorable! What's good! 1. Location- in fort Kochi, most of the things are nearby & you won't require any bike to rom around. 2. Place filled with plants so quite cooler than other places. 3. Ample space to dry your wet clothes 4. Sufficient water supply

We had a lovely stay! Clinton and his wife were really kind and helped us a lot. The room was perfect for 4, escially with the balcony outside. The balcony was full with beautiful plants. The location was nice, we were in 15 minutes walking in the centre of Kochi. We had a blast!

We stayed at that amazing place with children twice- in 2019 and in 2023. The house has very good location- near the center, all turist points, a lot of nice cafe and post office are very close. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hot water is always in the bathroom. The house has a lot of plants and very clean roof. The house become better with every visit. The owner Clinton is very kind man, he helped us to find luggage , which IndiGo lost, he found a good taxi to Kovlam for reasonable price, when our train was cancelled. It was a real pleasure to visit this place again. Thanks, Clinton!

Rooms are good and we stayed only for a night. However there is only a common bathroom for both rooms upstairs. Clinton was extremely co-operative and highly recommended for bachelors and not recommended for families upstairs. One can enjoy a good stay here no doubt

A wonderful stay. Everyting was perfect, our needs well taken care of, service outstanding, kindness and rooms all spotless and comfortable. We arrived for one night without reservation and Clinton managed to provide us rooms up to 9 days. Everything is comfortable, and Clinton and Mary help in all they can to make your stay smooth and easy. Hot water is always working, the location is very close to many food places and interesting visits of the city. We are looking forward to come back to this peaceful adorable corner of Fort Cochi. A lovely house down a quiet lane in Fort Kochi within walking distance of most places of interest, run by a lovely couple, Clinton and Mary, who are kind, considerate, caring people. Only drawback _ they don't do food, but gave us coffee every morning and there are tea stalls and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Recommended.
